8 Week W8 Loss Challenge
Weight Loss Update: Week one of the down, seven to go!
With most contestants dropping at least 1kg in the first week (some 2kg+!!!) it was a great for them to see that the hard work paying off, and was a good boost to carry them through to week 2!
With three intense trainings in the first week there were a few sore bodies. After a weekend of rest or light exercise though they will all be rearing to get into bootcamp tonight!
Weight Loss Update: Two weeks down, 6 to go!
This week we saw some more big numbers! Whats even better is seeing the body fat %'s starting to plumet too!
Bootcamp just keeps getting harder, and with lots of lower body work on wednesday mornings training the contestants were ready for the lite pool session on friday night. Finishing with the spa and sauna was a good way to unwind after a hard week and ease some of those tight muscles!
Weight Loss Update: HALF WAY!
We are nearing the half way point of the 8 week journey, and as I sit here and write this there are 3 of the team out in the fitness centre working hard! Even with 3 training sessions a week most are coming into the gym on their days of at least once, some twice!
All the hard work is still paying off with weight and body fat still dropping, and we are starting to see an increase in muscle mass too. Well done to the team so far - keep up the good work!
