Ab workout classes
One of the latest trends in exercise at the moment is specific Abdominal or core training classes and with Ab Blast this is exactly what you get.
With 30mins of specific core training you can't go wrong. Our trainers at Cameron Pool love to focus on correct core activation rather than just pumping out the reps. Classes are designed for people of all ability levels and are great fun for everyone involved.
Classes are run at 5:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays.
What's required?
All you need to bring along is a great attitude and a towel and water bottle.
