Boxing is great way to lose weight, gain lean muscle and increase fitness levels all in one easy workout. Perhaps the best thing about boxing is that each time you do a class you will never get bored as each class offers variety and a different challenge. Another great part of box fit is that you are constantly having fun whilst getting a high quality workout. If it’s a challenge you need and variety you want, then Box Fit is definetly for you.
There are two different types of Boxfit classes to chose from at Cameron Pool. We have 30min classes which run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm. These classes are great for beginners offering a variety of fun challenges and some great motivational training.
There's also our very popular one hour class which is run at 6pm on Tuesday evenings. This class offers a fast paced cardiovascular workout in combination with some great ab training. This class is usually finished up with with some more technical circuts, working more on foot placement and core activation while throwing punches. A great class for people of ALL ability levels. Booking is essential.
What is required ?
We have focus pads and gloves available at Cameron Pool or you can bring your own. We recommend that you also have hand wraps to wear for hygienne purpose.
