Day 1 : Getting Started                                               60mins

                                                                                   

Set your Fitness goals with an Exercise Consultant (link to trainers page)

Evaluation of your current fitness levels and body measurements

A program will be prescribed for your needs and targets.

The exercise Consultant will show you how to do the program effectively and safely.

 

Day 15: Half Way there                                               15mins

                                                                                   

Catch up chat with an exercise consultant

Re-evalaute you program goals and Body measurements

 

Day 30 : 30 day Celebration                                       60mins

                                                                                   

Congratulations on achieving a NEW HABIT and getting to the 30th Day.

We will now go through your NEW body weight, NEW body measurements and NEW found fitness levels
