INTRO TO FITNESS PROGRAMME Track your health and fitness over “30 life changing days” with our Introduction to Fitness. This comprehensive program is designed to develop the HABIT of regular exercise for the rest of your life and achieve great health for the rest of your life. Here is how you progress: Day 1 : Getting Started 60mins Set your Fitness goals with an Exercise Consultant (link to trainers page) Evaluation of your current fitness levels and body measurements A program will be prescribed for your needs and targets. The exercise Consultant will show you how to do the program effectively and safely. Day 15: Half Way there 15mins Catch up chat with an exercise consultant Re-evalaute you program goals and Body measurements Day 30 : 30 day Celebration 60mins Congratulations on achieving a NEW HABIT and getting to the 30th Day.
