All my teenage life I have been big, round and chubby and I never dared to do anything about it but I took a good look at myself in the mirror one night and I was totally silenced I stepped on a scale and I was 120kgs! I started telling myself “no that can’t be me”.

I heard a quote on a TV program: “The world isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very nasty place and will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently, if you let It”. I had to stop lying to myself and accept that "YES I AM BIG AND I NEED HELP"!

At the beginning I would give in to cravings to eat junk but as time went on I kept disciplining myself and moving forward; I would drag myself out of bed and get back in the gym. On the 1st of November 2012 the guy who was once 120kgs was now 74kgs. Good luck to you all, may God bless you, and remember never give up on your goals! Mohammed Khan.
