Our Story:

CLM was established in 1995 and is a NZ company working in leisure to promote better lives and futures for individuals and communities through physical activity and community engagement. We bring specialized leisure management knowledge and skills to local communities to develop recreation opportunities, improve facility performance and enhance the social returns on investment into recreation.

The company employs over 400 full and part-time employees and operates 20 leisure facilities throughout NZ. Our philosophy is to ensure that staff have every opportunity to deliver outstanding service, and to be rewarded for good performance with opportunities for training, career development and incentives.
