People who inspire me: I get inspired by the everyday human who comes in and trains with all their heart with no excuses, our every day heroes!

The people is my drive and to educate them in health and well being is my goal, to smash down all barriers and to build bridges to their goals!

Favourite exercise: Mental prep!!

Being an avid dog walker I now have one arm longer then the other, since his aim is to pee on as many trees, fences and car wheels as he possibly can.

At school I did all the sports going from summer to winter and settle on the decathlon because no-one else was doing it at the time. I then progressed to triathlons and indoor cricket and netball. A forced injury brought me to the gym and I’ve been a gym bunny ever since. Have worked in the gym industry for 15 years, mostly womens gyms but have worked in co-ed gyms.

Seeing people achieve their goals in fitness and weight loss is a rewarding side to the job and makes the great pay worthwhile.

Hey yah!... I’m a student at AUT and really love exercise, I take Pump fit, Kick fit and Box fit!

I hold a couple of titles with my Waka ama team and have been in represented teams since I started.
