Our Term One 2012 Boot Camp will
run for 4 weeks from March 13th with each week containing two high intensity
fitness and strength conditioning sessions!
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Times: 6.00pm - 7.00pm

What is it?
Boot Camp is a short term high intensity training programme designed to push you harder towards your fitness goals!
When is it?
Boot camp sessions will be run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings commencing from 13th0 March from 6.00pm - 7.00pm
How long does the programme run?
Boot camp will run for 4 weeks so there will be 8 high intensity sessions in total.
Where will it be held?
Boot Camp sessions will be held outdoors at the rear of the gym plus there will be some special off site secret location sessions held nearby!
What does it cost?
Non - members $199.00
Members $129.00
