AB BLAST

REVOLUTIONS

An indoor studio cycling programme. Experience an all terrain ride for a maximum leg/lung challenge. Suitable for all fi­tness levels. 45 - 60 minute class.

X-TRAIN

Run, jump, skip, lift and get fi­t. X-Train is an Xtreme group training session focused on getting you physically conditioned for life, sport & fun. Made up of workouts you never thought you would be able to complete. Take your ­fitness to another level today.

The Weight Loss Solution programme is designed to give you the tools needed to reach your goals! It is an eight week programme, jam packed with challenges and useful tips on how to keep on track!

CBW

This is a concept class taught by veteran (15years+) Group Fitness Instructor Jacquelyne (A.K.A. Jax Taylor). It combines the essential elements of looking after the physical, psychological and spiritual parts of yourself in a combination of exercises.

Never 2 Old

The Never2Old programme is the best option for anyone over 60 years of age. There are cardiovascular, flexibility and balance excercises to improve your overall wellbeing right into this brilliant stage of life.

Ezi Movers
