How to Enrol
Enrolment is easy, all we need is a completed Chill Out Holiday Programme Enrolment Form.pdf handed into reception (and a WINZ Form below if applicable) or email on the below email address. We are limited as to how many children we can take each day, especially for trips so please get in quick to avoid any disappointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance to the day of the cancellation for cash paying patrons. If they are made after the 24 hours you will be charged for the day as a NO CONTACT FEE. Cancellations can be made by ringing the Genesis Energy Recreation Centre reception or the Programme cell phone on 0274275691.
WINZ Forms
WINZ Forms need to be brought in and picked up before the holidays start, this will increase your chance of receiving a WINZ subsidy. Please allow a 24 hour turnaround for the forms to be filled in so we can be sure they are done correctly.
Other Info
On the days when we have an outing from the stadium, please ensure that your children are dropped off to the centre 15 minutes before the departure time on the holiday programme and will return to the stadium no later than 5.15pm or unless stated on the programme.
Children are to bring morning tea and a packed lunch everyday of the programme including a drink bottle, along with their togs, towel, sun cream and hat. WE will no longer be supplying any of the above items.
Please do not send your children with money as they are not allowed at the vending machines or New World or the fish ‘n’ chip shop, unless it is a trip day and there we ask that you only supply your child with a maximum of $10 spending money.
