PLAY HARD, PLAY FAIR

Draws and Results 

Will be available every Monday from 5pm, click on the link to the relevant sport and this will take you to the page where you are able to see the results and draws each week. Draws will also be given out to the primary contact person in each team and copies of the draw will be available for teams once the grading rounds are over.

Results will be displayed on the notice board as you enter the stadium each week

Code of Conduct

The Indoor sports leagues are all non contact sports and out of respect for other players we require that players keep contact to a minimum and play by the rules.

These are social leagues and respecting the referees and umpires decisions are crucial to the games being enjoyed by everyone.

1.     The referee is always right

2.     Have fun

3.     When the Referee is wrong refer to Rule 1

Registration

One person per team must be responsible for administering the team’s registration.

Team registration forms listing player details needs to be completed for all teams prior to the commencement of the first game.

Payment

All teams must pay a there full payment before the league commences unless they are paying the higher fee on the night where the payment will need to be paid before the game commences

Payments can be made by direct creditor cash, cheque or eftpos in person at The Genesis Energy Recreation Centre.

Alternatively cheques can be mailed to Genesis Energy Recreation Centre, PO BOX 3, Masterton, 5810

Direct credits can also be made to Masterton Leisure Limited LTD, Bank account number 03-0275-0485721 00. Please use your team name, Sporting Code for reference. Please notify Programmes coordinator by e-mail at nja@clmnz.co.nz when direct credits are lodged. Payments will not be confirmed until they appear on our bank statement, please keep a record of payment as evidence.

Competition Scoring

·        5 points for a win

·        3 points for a draw

·        2 points within 2 goals of opponent score

·        1 point for a loss

·        0 points if a game is defaulted

Complaints

If you or your team has any complaints please approach the coordinator after the game or when he/she is free and discuss your matter

Prizes

 Prizes will be redeemable to the team with the highest points on the final night of the 5 week tournament

If you have any suggestions or feedback as to what we can do better or how the league is run please see reception for a customer comment card and fill this out
