Times:

We have three aqua aerobics classes.

AQUA LITE - the lowest intensity class, especially for beginners, pregancy and rehabilitation.

AQUA AEROBICS - Suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. You choose the level and how hard you practice. 20 minutes in the shallow water, 40 minutes in deep water.

AQUA POWER - The most advanced class, offering a total deep water workout.

Please note: All classes spend considerable time in deep water. Although you will be wearing an Aqua Belt you must be confident in deep water (2m).

Aqua Aerobics admissions include full use of all facilities, (Wave Pool, Competition Pool, Hydroslide, Sauna, Spa, Steam Room, Lazy River, interactive play features and Toddler Pool).

Aqua Aerobics increases your flexibility, improves your cardiovascular efficiency, and reduces stress. Aqua Aerobics gives you a good all-round exercise that will improve your shape by increasing muscle tone and reducing fat.

To work out in water is a refreshing, non-stressful, discrete environment to perform an enjoyable workout. While in the water your muscles are massaged as you exercise. You also work three times harder in the water than on land as you have the water mass to work against.

Our morning classes consist of 15-20 minutes in the shallow water then 40 minutes in the deep with a buoyancy belt on. This is a low-impact class which gives you a variation in intensity. These classes are great for antenatal and over 50’s.

Our evening classes and Sunday class (Aqua Power) are more advanced and consist of 60 minutes in deep water wearing a buoyancy belt. This enables you to stay upright, which allows you to stay perform specific exercises without struggling to stay afloat.

Our Aqua Aerobics classes are suitable for everyone. You do not need to know how to swim, but you do need to be confident in the water.
