Our programme at Mt Albert gives young children a chance to experience different types of activities relating to water safety. Our main aim is to teach the children some of the basic skills that are required in real life situations when danger is present in certain water activities and recreation.
We provide a fun, safe environment for the children to learn in, their safety is our number one priority. Our facility has many things to offer and we do our best to utilise each and every part of our Centre to benefit your child's learning and the understanding of the messages that our staff are putting across.
Our facility is perfect for teaching water safety as we have the use of waves on call, the lazy river (flowing currents), spa pools, platforms, inflatable life boat, life jackets, non contact rescue devices and flotation aids, all of which are extremely helpful and effective in teaching the children the vital skills required for open water survivial.
