 Our aim is to provide a quality service, while maintaining good customer relationships.

Safety
Please remember children under 8 must have parental supervision at all times anywhere within the facility. It is expected that any child under the age 8 has been picked up by a supervising caregiver of at least eighteen years at the time of completion of lesson.

Confirmation
Enrolments are confirmed on depsoit of ($50 per person) or payment in full. Deposits are non refundable and full payment is due prior to commencement of the first lesson.

Makeup Lessons
Makeup lessons are not offered for missed lessons (excludes infant lessons - Kori Hatchlings / Kori Fledglings / Kori Chicks). Makeup lessons will be provided to those who have Term Insurance or have a Doctors Certificate. Makeup lesson is defined as changing your lesson to another day / time.

Cancellation of Lessons
Cancelled lessons can not be refunded unless it is our legal or moral obligation to do so. Should any refund be forthcoming by way of obligation, a $50 Administration Fee will apply and the processing time will take a minimum of 7 working days.

Facility Use
Each child is entitled to free use of our facilities ON THE DAY OF THEIR LESSON.  Parents wanting to swim with their preschooler under the age of 5 will be issued a complimentary V.I.P swimming card (only applies to children in our Infant / Nippers / Flippers / Movers / Champions Classes). This card is only valid on the day of the Preschooler’s lesson and eligible for 1 adult only (Normal rate applies for extra swimmers). The V.I.P pass will only be issued upon the full payment of the term fees.

Accompanying caregivers of children aged 5 years and older are not entitled to free swimming. Purchase a VIP swim pass at the discounted rate of $40.00 or pay casual admission. This enables caregivers to swim with their child on the day of the lesson.

Forgotten or lost Entry Clip card
Each student must present their term Entry Clip card to Reception to gain admission. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Swim School office.

Swimwear
Children under 3 must wear water nappies (no disposable nappies). All children should wear suitable swim wear (togs). Boxer shorts and underwear is NOT acceptable. Goggles are compulsory for children 3 years and up.

Disruption
SwimMagic reserves the right to replace Instructors, change / cancel classes without notice should the need arise. SwimMagic further reserves the right to request that parents remain seated away from lessons to ensure a smooth and enjoyable lesson for all participants.

Parents should approach the Head Coach, or the Swim School Coordinator with regards to any feedback or enquiries pertaining to their child's lesson
