TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our aim is to provide a quality service, while maintaining good customer relationships.

Supervision

Children under 8 must have parental supervision at all times anywhere within the facility. All children 8 years and under must be collected at the conclusion of their classes.

Fees

A Booking is only deemed confirmed on full payment.

Makeup lessons

We are not obliged to give makeup lessons unless you hold term insurance.

Entitlements for Term Insurance

Term Insurance cost $20Subject to availability, the date of purchase and purchased prior to missed lesson/s.

Cancellation of lessons

Cancelled lessons can not be refunded unless it is our legal or moral obligation to do so.Should any refund be forthcoming by way of obligation, a $50 administration fee will apply and the processing time will take a minimum of seven working days.

Facility Use

Only enrolled students are entitled to use our facilities ON THE DAY OF THEIR LESSON. Parents and Caregivers wishing to swim on the day of their children’s lessons can also purchase V.I.P cards at our discounted rate of $40.00 alternatively pay casual admission.Parents of enrolled pre-schoolers under the age of 5 years are eligible for an adult complimentary V.I.P swimming card.

Valid only on the day of the lesson.

V.I.P pass will only be issued upon the full payment of the term fees.

Entry Clip Card

Each student must present their Term Entry Clip Card to reception to gain admission.Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the swim school.

Swim Wear

Children under 3: must wear water nappies. (No disposable nappies)All children should wear suitable swim attire (togs),

Boxer shorts & underwear are not acceptable.

Goggles are compulsory for children 3 years and up.

Disruption

Swim Magic Mt Albert reserves the right to replace instructors, change/cancel classes without notice should the need arise.

Swim Magic further reserves the right to request that parents remain seated and away from lessons to ensure a smooth and enjoyable lesson for all participants. Parents should approach the Head Coach, or the Swim School Coordinator with regard to any feedback or enquires pertaining to any lesson
