The 8 week weight loss challenge consists of weekly seminars to teach the importance of nutrition, stretching, strenght training and other keys areas. You will also recieve 1 on 1 appointments with a trainer who will write you your own individualised program and teach you how to use it, full access to the fitness centre & group fitness classes and most importantly a supportive environment.
