Green Prescription

What is Green Prescription?

A Green Prescription is written advice issued by a nominated Health Professional such as a General Practitioner (GP) or a Practice Nurse recommending a person (18yrs+) become more physically active to benefit their health.

The programme is delivered across Auckland City and Counties Manukau by Sport Auckland with support from a number of PHOs and other health providers.

If you are inactive, over the age of 18 years and your medical conditions (if any) are stable Green Prescription may be the answer. Talk to your Doctor (GP) or Nurse today.

The ONEHUNGA Green Prescription Program

New Participants

MONDAY 9am – 1pm Registration Day & One on One Appointment Day

COST: $3.00 per person - Includes Registration, One on One appointment and Full Access to Facility Between 9am – 1pm

For Registered Green Prescription Participants

WEDNESDAY 9am – 11am COST: $3.00 per person - Includes Full Access to Gym & Pools

DAILY ACTIVITIES for Registered Green Prescription Participants

Tuesday	10.00am	Aqua Aerobics	$6.00 per person - Usually $10.00
Thursday	10.00am	YogaLates	$6.00 per person - Usually $10.00
Friday	10.00am	Aqua Aerobics	$6.00 per person - Usually $10.00
