Here at Otahuhu Pool & Leisure Centre we offer great group fitness classes including Les Mills classes (BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, GRIT Strength...), BoxFit, Pikinima Fitness, and Zumba classes. Our dedicated team of fitness instructors are qualified and experienced in the health and fitness industry. We inspire, motivate and assist you to achieve all your health and fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, tone up or meet new people, Otahuhu is the place to be.
- Health Assessments: Nothing to be scared about, an assessment will help us to help you. We will determine your current fitness level, any medical conditions we need to be aware of or you are concerned about before we can move onto your very own exercise programme.
- Personalized Exercise Programs: You are unique! Our committed team of fitness instructors personalise and design an exercise programme tailored to your fitness needs. Whether you’re new to the fitness scene or making a come back, we do it all! After 6 weeks we re-asses your progress.
- Group Fitness Classes: We have classes for all ages and levels of fitness. Click here for class timetable and description of each class.
Monday to Friday: 6am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7am-6pm
