Les Mills BODYATTACK® is a cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. This high-energy class combines sports-inspired athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. 

With BODYATTACK® you'll get a 55-minute cardio workout, which is all about improving your speed, fitness, strength and agility. You'll love the group dynamic at the heart of the class, and thrive on the sports-inspired high energy training.

Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, BODYSTEP® delivers huge motivation. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. BODYSTEP® caters to all fitness levels and you can increase or decrease the intensity of the workout by raising or lowering the height of your step.
