7/9/17: Hi guys - Please note that Grit Strength is now on at 6.20pm on Wednesday night instead of 6.35pm & Wednesday Grit Cardio isnt on for the next 3 weeks (restarting again on 4th October in the stadium).
4/9/17: Your new Body Attack instructor is Mariscka, who will be taking the Tuesday evening 6.35pm class, effective as of 4/9/17.
31/8/17: Monday Morning Class back on the timetable- The 9.30am Monday morning Body Pump class is still on the timetable. This class will run by Julien as a 45min format instead of the hour.
