Chill Out School Holiday Programme

  • Programme runs from 9am-3pm for children aged 5-13 years
  • Children need to bring their own lunch, drink bottle, raincoat and togs & towel.
  • Before & After Care from 8-9am & 3-6pm at $4 per hour

Limited numbers accepted for all sessions. Bookings confirmed only on receipt of payment. All absences must be advised as soon as possible to the centre and prior to 9am.

WINZ Holiday Programme Subsidies

Subsidies are available from Work and Income NZ for children attending holiday programmes. A deposit of $20 per week is needed to secure a child's place. For more information phone WINZ on 0800 559 009 or drop into the centre for help regarding your application forms. WINZ forms need to be brought in and picked up before the holidays start, this will increase your chance of receiving a WINZ subsidy depending on your situation. Please allow a 24 hour turn around for the forms so we can be sure they are done correctly. Thank you.

Useful Information

Please ensure your child brings a raincoat, sunhat and sensible footwear everyday they attend. Activities may change without notice if circumstances demand. CLM is not obliged to provide compensation for this occurring. If you require your child to make their own way home unattended after the programme a letter confirming this must be received before the end of that days program. If you give permission for your child to be photographed, photos will be displayed in house and we reserve the right to use them in our advertising and marketing. A copy of the Holiday Programme policies and procedures is available at reception. This Holiday Programme is being approved under the CYF OSCAR standards. All care will be taken to provide a safe and well supervised environment for children attending the programme, in accordance with these standards.

We are limited as to how many children we can take each day, bus trips and other special trips have
limited numbers so please get in quick to avoid any disappointment.
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance to the day of the cancellation for cash paying patrons, if they are made after the 24 hours you will be charged for the day as NO CONTACT FEE.
Cancellations can be made by ringing Papakura Recreation & Fitness.

Children are to bring morning tea and a packed lunch everyday of the programme including a drink bottle, along with their togs, towel, sun cream and hat, we will no longer be supplying any of the above items. Please do not send your child/ren with money as they are not allowed at the vending machines, unless it is a trip day and there we ask that you only supply your child with a maximum of $10 spending money.
