A full-on fun fitness workout which incorporates great stepping moves, dumbells for muscle strengthand tone.  Complete the workout with an awesomeabdominal blast !

 Power is not like any other barbell class, it brings the gym workout into an exciting fun fille group fitness room with awesome instructors and music.  Power will give you strength, endurance and definition.

 maxfit  max fit  A great circuit class for "wanna be fit" and the already fit.  Combine an intense aerobic and muscle blitzing workout.

 Boxing Fitness

 boxing  A motivating boxing fitness class designed to achieve cardio fitness and muscular endurance.  Jab, cross and upper-cut your way to your goals.

 Boxing Circuit

 boxing  Bags, Pads, skipping, abdominal and toning exercises.  Go at your own pace.

 Advanced Boxing

 boxing  A specialised class designed to teach you how to box, put together combos and try you skills in the ring.  Wraps complusory for all boxing classes and gloves recommended for advanced.

 50's fwd50's

 50 plus  This class is a favourite, specially designed for the over 50 age group.  Bring your water bottle and a smile, and boost your spirits while exercising with a group of like-minded people.  Fun, social and non-threatening.  Newcomers always welcome.
 

zumba

 zumba  Ditch the Workout - Join the Party !  Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rythms and easy-to-follow moves to crease a programme that will blow you away.  Get the body you've always dreamed of today!
