Our friendly Customer Service Team will greet you as you come through the doors. They can help you with all your aquatic needs including party bookings and enquiries relating to our Swim Magic Programmes. They are also very knowledgable about swimwear and accessories and will give you personalised service at the shop.
Our Aquatics Team are on poolside to make your experience at our facility as enjoyable and safe as possible. They can help you with hire goods and any other enquiries relating to the facility, so don't hesitate to approach this awesome team.

Louise Brockwell - Customer Service Co-ordinator 2012 summer is Louise's 3rd season at the Parnell Baths. Louise started as receptionist at Onehunga War Memorial Pool and is currently Customer Service Co-ordinator at Parnell. As well as people, Louise is a keen animal lover and takes care of two cats at home. |

Daniel Stroud - Aquatic Supervisor Full Water Treatment, Monitor Water Treatment, PLPC This is Daniel's 5th season at the Parnell Baths. He started as a lifeguard and has worked up to Aquatic Supervisor. Away from Parnell, Daniel plays rugby for Marist Rugby Club and has been part of the Piha suft club since 2001. |

Krissy Smith - Aquatic Co-ordinator Full Water Treatment, Monitor Water Treatment Krissy has 13 years experience in the recreation industry and this is her 4th season at the Parnell Baths. When she's not keeping the lifeguards in line as Aquatic Co-ordinator, Krissy loves relaxing with friends around a summer BBQ. |

James Robertson - Manager Full Water Treatment, Monitor Water Treatment, PLPC, Aquatics Level 3 James has been manager at Parnell Baths since 2008. He has over 8 years experience in the aquatic industry. James is a keen sports fan who can be found at Eden Park for all the local rugby and cricket games. |

Lynn Hardie - SwimMagicc Co-ordinator Full Water Treatment, BSc Hons in Physiology & Sports Science, NZCST School Age & Adults Swim Teacher, ASA Level 2 Teacher Lynn has been with SwimMagic Glen Innes for over 2 years. She has taught babies through to coaching the adult Tri Squads. She's passionate about swimming and her interests include swim coaching, ocean swimming, triathalons, (completling a half Ironman) and travelling. |

Gemma Elsey - SwimMagic Assistant Co-ordinator ASA Level 2 Coach Cert, ASA Level 2 Teacher Cert, Disability Awareness Cert Gemma first taught in the UK, then Australia. She has coached at an elite level working with competitive swimmers to Olympic Atheletes as well as the British Off-Shore Youth Team. In the last 2 years with SwimMagic she has taught from babies to adults. |
