8 Week Challenge

What’s included?

  • 3 x Fitness assessments at weeks 1,4,8 where our staff will spend 1:1 time with you getting you started with your new workout routine & reviewing your goals and progress
  • Initial weigh in and before & after photos
  • Up to 6 Group training sessions per week - 3 of these are exclusive to those on the programme

  • Particptaion in our weekly morning bootcamps Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 6am. 
  • Nutritional guidance and weekly advice from Tayla Anderson Personal Training

  • Unlimited access to the gym, pools, spas and sauna

How much does it cost?

  • The 8 week challenge is $50 for current members
  • The cost for non members is $300 (includes a 10 week full facility membership)

  • Wednesday 24th October 2018.
