Aquafit Classes

 

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9.30am

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.00pm

 Adult: $8.50 / Senior or Student: $7.50

A motivating and fun 50 minute class using the shallow and deep end of the pool.

A workout emphasising cardiovascular fitness with strength and conditioning exercises, catering for the beginner to the advanced.

Motivating, Energising and Friendly.

Aquabelts provided if required. No need to book – just come along!

All classes are held in our 30m indoor lane pool heated to around 29 degrees celsius. Please see your instructor before your class if you need to talk about medical conditions or injuries which may require exercise alternatives.

Aquatic classes at Riverside are a dynamic, safe and effective way to workout. 

Learn how to use the water for resistance and assistance without the stress on muscles and joints.

Ideal for a wide variety of participants and fitness levels including the sportsman,the pre/post natal, the more mature, the injured and those wanting a low impact yet fun, fantastic cardio, strength, and muscle toning workout.

All classes cater for the beginner through to the advanced with optional exercises given throughout.

*Swimming skills are not necessary*
