Aquajogging Classes
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm
Tuesdays at 9.30am
Fridays at 12 noon
Aquajogging is an excellent 60 minute class held in deep water with aqua belts on for buoyancy. This is a structured session incorporating various exercise intensities and is a great cardio and muscle toning workout. Great recovery from exercise and great for injury rehabilitation.
Aqua belts provided. No need to book - just come along!
All classes are held in our 30m indoor lane pool heated to around 29 degrees celsius. Please see your instructor before your class if you need to talk about medical conditions or injuries which may require exercise alternatives.
