All the Codgers Trails are open all hours. The Codgers MTB Park is located off Brook Street, Nelson.

You need an annual permit to ride all the Hancock forest areas at any time. NMTBC membership is the most cost effective way to get one of those, but they can be obtained from Action Forest Management in Richmond separately.
