Swimmagic Magic Moments Programme
Babies & Toddlers need special nurturing if they are to develop to their fullest.
Together with parents, caregivers, friends & family our desire is to create a warm, loving & safe environment where caring & patient teachers deliver lessons that are well balanced, interactive, educational & fun.
Our Magic Moments progam has come from years of research and collective experience that helps children develop physically, psychologically & socially. We offer children the opportunity to improve co-ordination, motor skills, memory, concentration, aquatic independence, & physical awareness & strength!
Hatchlings - Babies (up to 14 months)
Duration: 25 Minutes
Parents and guardians are introduced to safe methods of moving their babies safely in and around the water. Babies are working towards confidence with submersion, while increasing excercises to enhance their feel for the water.

- Parental understanding of aquatic readiness
- Water confidence & familiarisation
- Submersion readiness
- Water safety concepts
Fledglings - Tots (up to 24 months)
Duration: 25 Minutes
The introduction of routines, guidelines and repetitions of skills will promote water confidence and enhance basic swimming skills at this early stage of development. Methods of teaching will promote the physical, personal and intellectual well-being your tot.
TOPICS COVERED:
- Confidence with submersion
- Developing underwater U-turns
- Understanding propulsion
- Minimally supported back floats
Chicks - Toddlers (20 months plus)
Duration: 25 Minutes
SwimMagic Chicks classes are designed to give toddlers independence in skills with parental guidance. Skills introduced and teaching methods will see children prepared for Swimmagic pre-school levels where the parent is no longer in the water during swimming classes.

- Free swim
- Independent U-turns
- Unaided back floats
- Front-to-back rotation
