Hydrotherapy Public Sessions

The hydrotherapy pool is open to the public on these days:

Monday          7 - 9 am & 5 - 7 pm

Tuesday         8 - 10 am & 1 - 3 pm

Wednesday     9 - 11 am & 1 - 3 pm

Thursday        8 - 10 am & 5 - 7  pm

Friday            7 - 9 am

Sat & Sun        8-10am

All aqua equipment eg; noodles, dumbells, aqua belts can be hired for $1.  Please sign them out at reception.  Thanks
