In August 2010 the team were proudly awarded the CLM Health and Fitness Centre of the year (less then 200m2) in the annual CLM Awards night. This is the first time we have won this award in 10 years and the staff are pretty chuffed.

We have state of the art bikes, rowers, cross-trainers, grinders and treadmills. More importantly, staff are on hand to show you how to use our great gear to achieve your goals.

ü       Personalised Programmes and Assessments
All of our great fitness centre staff are fully qualified and REPs registered. We can monitor your fitness to track your results and progress your personalised exercise routine as you progress. Our staff have over 30 years combined experience in the industry to draw on when designing your programme, so you can rest assured that your getting the right info where it counts!!
