Customer Service Representative

About

We are seeking applications from friendly, positive individuals who have a flare for customer service to join our team at the Richmond Aquatic Centre.

The customer service role is based at front of house on the reception desk with your key focus being to provide excellent service to our members. These roles are based on a roster that covers our opening hours of the facilities, and therefore may include early mornings, late evenings for closing shifts and weekend work.

The role
We are looking for individuals who enjoy dealing with people and have a friendly approachable and positive personality.

Our ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• Great customer service
• Sales & marketing experience
• Cash handling experience
• Works well in a team

You need to be:
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and honest
• Reliable
• Able to work unsupervised
• Well organised
• Computer savvy
• Enjoy healthy living, fitness, sport and recreation

Hours
Due to the nature of our facilities, we have the opportunity for the right candidates for additional hours in other departments such as aquatics, swim school, fitness etc.

Benefits
A competitive rate of pay plus free use of the facility is offered. Ongoing training and development is provided.
