Customer Service Coordinator

About
CLM is seeking a professional and motivated individual to lead the customer service duties and team at the Massey Park Pool. We are looking for an individual whom enjoys dealing with people and has a friendly approachable and positive personality, and is excited about customer service.

The role
This is a key role for the facility, as this is the first point our customers experience upon visiting the facility and therefore we are looking for someone who is committed to ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience in the facility, and leading a team to achieve this.

The successful applicant will also be required to complete other administration duties including invoicing, debtors, rosters and banking. You will also be responsible for our Swim Shop.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• Sales & marketing experience
• Cash handling experience
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Great attention to detail and numbers
• Experience with budget monitoring and planning

You need to be:
• Motivated, enthusiastic, honest and reliable
• You must be able to work unsupervised;
• Be well organised;
• Computer savvy;
• Enjoy healthy living, fitness, sport and recreation.

Previous customer service/administration experience is essential.

Benefits/ Hours
The role is full time and is based around the opening hours of the facility; therefore the role may require you to work early morning, late shifts and weekend work. This role also requires flexibility around being the team leader with the possibility of covering shifts if they cannot be covered by other staff.
