Customer Service Representative
CLM is looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team at the Otahuhu Pool & Leisure Centre. Our ideal candidates are people who enjoy dealing with people and have friendly, approachable and positive personalities.
The position is approximately 12 hours per week, and the roster is based around the opening hours of the facility, therefore shifts may include early mornings, late nights and weekend work. Competitive rates of pay, ongoing training and development and free use of facilities available.
Please note you must be able to work weekends.
Duties and experience
The role is based at front of house on the reception desk with your key focus being to provide excellent service to our members. This role can be very busy, and require the ability to effectively time manage and multitask while still delivering exceptional customer service to all users of the facility.
The ideal candidates should have the following attributes:
• Sales & marketing experience
• Administration skills
• Cash handling experience
• Works well in a team
You need to be:
• reliable, honest
• You must be able to work unsupervised;
• Be well organised
• Enjoy healthy living, fitness, sport and recreation.
