Calling all water lovers – it’s time to dive in for a great cause!

The Big Swim is back this June, and it’s your chance to play a part in keeping Kiwis safe on the water. Whether you’re a boatie, kayaker, jet skier, paddleboarder, or just love the water – this is for you.

Participants choose a swim distance to complete over the month and get sponsored by friends, family, and colleagues as they rack up the kilometres. Every dollar raised helps train and equip Coastguard’s 2,000+ volunteers, and keeps 63 rescue vessels ready to respond across Aotearoa.
