Meet the Team

  Heather Parsons- Manager -

Heather has worked for CLM since 2006. She started at Massey Park Pool as the Customer Service Coordinator, moving to Assistant Manager and then Facility Manager. Heather then managed the Pt Erin Pools in 2009. In 2011, she moved to the Onehunga War Memorial Pool and managed there until 2014. Heather has come back to the Massey Park Pool in July 2014 as the Customer Service and Swim School Administration Manager and in 2017 took on the role of Manager.

   
 

Jill King- Customer Service        Co-ordinator

Jill joined the CLM Massey Park team in July 2019.

Kirstie Nash - SwimMagic          Co-Ordinator
Kirstie joined Massey Park as an instructor in 2003, teaching babies through to adults.  She has a passion for water safety and getting as many people, espceially children safe in, on, under and around water.  In 2018 she was awarded the Austswim Aoeteroa Award for Infant and Toddlers.  If you don't find Kirstie in the office, look in the pool as she is likely to be teaching or working with instructors to upskill them

 

 

Kelly Tupaea - Programs and Chill Out Co-Ordinator

Kelly has worked at Massey Park since 2009 She has been in a number of roles over the years including Customer Service, Chill Out afterschool care and Holiday programs, Birthday Parties, Wave Raves and other facility programs and promotions.She has a great rapport with the customers – both young and old and likes to get them active and involved in whatever program is running. Outside of work, Kelly is involved with her family and participates in a number of sports teams – Touch, Turbo Touch and Rugby League.

Luisa Denton - Aquatics Co-ordinator

Luisa has worked at Massey Park for over 15 years, beginning as a lifeguard and moving into Supervisor and Life Guard Trainer / Assessor.  She is a Senior Assessor Mentor (for skills active) and supports trainee lifeguards at Massey Park, as well as in the industry. She loves accepting and overcoming the challenges that the industry throws her way.
