Useful information

Please ensure your child brings a raincoat, sunhat and sensible footwear every day they attend. Activities may change without notice if circumstances demand. CLM/Chill Out is not obliged to provide compensation for this occurring. If you require your child to make their own way home unattended after the programme a letter confirming this must be received before the end of that days program. If you give permission for your child to be photographed, photos will be displayed inhouse and we reserve the right to use them in our advertising and marketing. A copy of the Holiday Programme policies and procedures is available at reception. This Holiday Programme is being approved under the CYF OSCAR standards. All care will be taken to provide a safe and well-supervised environment for children attending the programme, in accordance with these standards.

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance to the day of the cancellation for cash paying patrons, if they are made after the 24 hours you will be charged for the day as NO CONTACT FEE. Cancellations can be made by ringing Otahuhu Recreation & Youth Centre.

Children are to bring morning tea and a packed lunch everyday of the programme including a drink bottle.
