A 60min class every Thursday morning, designed for those looking to get back into exercise after pregnancy, anyone wanting low impact exercise options, and those who are wanting to meet some like minded people. The sesions will include resistance bands, swiss balls and body weight, with a focus on pilates style exercises and functional core movements.
Childcare available for up to 5 years. The children will be in the same room as the parent, so can be attended to if needed. Classes do not run during the school holidays, and bookings are not required. Email Nicole on nkr@clmnz for more information. We hope to see you there.
