This class is a favourite, specially designed for the over 50 age group. Bring your water bottle and smiles, and boost your spirits while exercising with a group of like-minded people. Fun, social and non-threatening. Newcomers always welcome.

Body Shape

This resistance-based class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body - FAST!
Challenge all your muscle groups as you squat, press and lift your way to the lean body you've always wanted.

Box Fit

A 'kick-ass' non-contact workout based on boxing techniques to strengthen, tone, increase confidence and take your fitness to the next level! Burns 100s of calories.

It’s a pump styled class with weights to tone your full body come along and join with coach Jeewa you will not be disappointed.

Legends Circuit

An instructor driven 45 minute circuit style class focusing on strength, balance and flexibility!
