Boot Camps run 3 days per week. Whether you want to get fitter, stronger, faster or lose weight this programme will fast track you towards your summer goals.
45-60 minutes of circuit/interval training outdoors. All our sessions are delivered by fully qualified personal trainers who will offer options that suit you best. All abilities welcome, train outdoors with us, flip tyres, jog or walk, train with free weights and body weight - have fun in a group environment!
All new clients must complete exercise pre- screening form. Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate trainers. Bring a water bottle and towel.
