Our 28 Day Challenge will challenge you to a range of exercise through our extensive Group Fitness Programmes encompassing world class Les Mills along with cutting edge group training classes.

  • Meet new people, have fun all while getting fitter, faster and stronger!
  • Win prizes including supplement packs and 3, 6 & 12 month memberships plus loads of weekly prizes
  • Experience the world famous Les Mills Group Fitness programmes
  • Bootcamp training sessions -  2 x special training sessions per week exclusive to those on the 28 Day Challenge

  • Access to the 28 Day Challenge closed Facebook group to provide you with information & support

What's involved?

For 4 weeks you will be challenged to attend multiple classes and bootcamp training sessions.

Simply get your Group Fit Passport Card stamped after each class. Don’t forget to complete the weekly challenge to score extra  points.

What’s included?

  • Experience the world famous Les Mills Group Fitness programmes
  • Bootcamp training sessions including 2 x special training sessions per week exclusive to those on the 28 Day Challenge (Thursdays 7:30pm & Saturday 11am)
  • Nutritional information & Meal Plan
  •  Access to the 28 Day Challenge closed Facebook group to provide you with information & support
  •  Meet new people, have fun all while getting fitter, faster and stronger!

POINTS SCORING

  • Book & complete your initial weigh in & fitness assessment with the team before the challenge officially starts – 5 Points
  • Join the 28 Day Challenge Facebook group via the link that will be emailed to you – 5 Points
  • Every group fitness or aqua class you attend = 2 points
  • Attend any Bootcamp session = 5 Points
  • Attend any of the weekly focus classes during that week for double points – Focus Classes = 5 points
  • Attend more than 3 different classes per week = 10 bonus points
  • See the reception team after each class to get your passport card stamped
  • Complete the weekly challenge =15 points
  • Book & complete your post challenge final weigh in & fitness team for the week after the challenge – 5 points
  • Send us a testimonial of how you found the challenge =10pts

  • Your membership includes a free programme & assessment every 8-12 weeks + use of the pools, spas and sauna – Great for motivation & recovery!
