Early-bird Boot-camps now running

Improve your fitness in a group environment. Surprise yourself and see what you can achieve. Fitness doesn’t have to be a chore. 45-60 minutes of energy-boosting exercise sessions designed for all levels – it’s your workout, you decide. DON’T wait – grab a friend and join us for morning bootcamps here at the facility.

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Time: 6am - 7am
