Improve your body shape, confidence, fitness & strength by working out the way to a new you. Our 28 Day Challenge will challenge you to a range of exercise through our extensive Group Fitness Programmes encompassing world class Les Mills and cutting edge group training classes.
For 4 weeks you will be challenged to attend multiple classes – achieve all 3 set classes in 1 week to earn points, then pick up bonus points within each week to bump yourself up the leader board.
Simply get your Group Fit Passport stamped after each class. Don’t forget to complete the weekly challenge to score another 5 points.
- Optional Weigh In & Fitness Assessment (weigh in can be done with a body scan for an additional charge)
- Complete the 3 set classes for each week & get 10 points – Get your stamp each time.
- Complete the bonus class get 5 points
- Attend any additional classes – 2 points
- Complete the weekly challenge – 5 points

- Most Overall Points: 6 Month Membership for you + 3 month for a Mate + the Ultimate Goody Pack
- Most Weight Lost (must complete initial and final weigh ins): $100 Shop Voucher for a swim or active wear
