Mums and Bubs Exercise Class!

'Mums and Bubs' Exercise Class - Thursdays, 11am at the Trafalgar Park Pavilion.
We know it can be a daunting and hard to schedule experience when you’re trying to get back your fitness with young ones around. So we’ve created this fun exercise group where mums can bring their bubs and get back into shape!
Exercise is a powerful thing for our mind, body and soul and we just want everyone to benefit and feel great from it too!
What should mums expect at our ‘Mums and Bubs’ class?
Sessions where the work is mixed up, so you are always working and interested in what we’re doing. (ie you don’t get bored!)
Each session will be different from the last and can include circuit training, strength/resistance training, cardio and more. We focus on technique, so you are getting the most out of your workout and helping you to get the results you are after.
You will only ever be asked to work at your pace and level, this way you are improving your ability with minimal chance of injury.
The kids are close by either in their pram or playing close by and we can even include them in the workouts if you need to.
What do I need to bring?
* Exercise mat or towel
* Snacks, toys etc for your child.
Please note that this class will focus on general fitness not on repairing abdominal separation. Whilst there will always be modifications for high intensity exercises we will be placing pressure on the abdominals and the pelvic region. Hence why we ask that you have been cleared for this type of exercise by your Dr or midwife if a new Mum. Please any questions, get in touch.
