Aqua Fitness Classes

Aqua Fitness at Rotorua Aquatic Centre is a range of water-based group fitness classes. There is a variety of classes to suit all levels and abilities.

From 17th April to the 3rd July

  • Wednesday 12.15 pm – 1 pm
  • Wednesday 6.15-7 pm

Aqua Fit

Full body workout designed to increase your strength, fitness and mobility in deep or shallow water. Deep water classes require an aqua buoyancy aid, which is provided.

Aqua Pump

A great class to build your stamina, strength and flexibility in deep or shallow water. Aqua pump is an all-round class using different varieties of equipment to get the heart rate pumped.

Aqua Tone

A fun jogging class in deep or shallow water working your cardiovascular system. This class consist of continuous movement with equipment to help you build your muscle strength, stamina and flexibility.
