We are pleased to welcome back Vinkal Gaur: his yoga classes are filling up again. 

Vinkal is a Certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher who qualified at the Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre in Chennai, India. 

Classes are Monday 7:00 a.m. and Wednesday 6:00 p.m. (Vinkal). 

Fitness is not just about developing big muscles, burning fat or increasing your cardio-vascular health: your biggest muscles are limited by the strength and flexibility of your stabiliser muscles and connective tissue.

Regular stretching exercise should be an integral part of any fitness regime, regardless of your reasons for attending the gym or pools. Yoga is among the oldest of stretching regimes and forms the basis of most modern stretching exercises.

...and after a hard day, followed by all that twisting and stretching, the guided meditation session at the end of each session is like a relaxing bath for your mind. Come and try it.
