Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is a low-impact, water-based fitness class that offers a full-body workout while being easy on the joints. A class designed to help you improve your mobility, balance and overall movement quality. A lower intensity and slower pace option also designed to help your recovery from those harder workouts throughout the week.
