Shelly is The Bays Fitness Centre Manager with a wealth of experience and knowledge in all areas of Fitness. She is a total leader here in our special populations and Aqua classes alongside providing amazing customer service when attending to our member queries. She’s the first to dress up for any event, smiles and shimmys included.

Ryan joined us near the end of 2019 and is big into his kickboxing. When he’s not helping our members on the gym floor, his cheeky sense of humour can be found in some creative Bootcamp and surge classes in the Powerhouse.

Rachel delivers high quality training sessions to suit a variety of clients. She has experience with strength & conditioning, fat loss, rehabilitation and specialises in pre & post natal coaching.
