Curious about HYROX but not sure where to start?

As an Affiliated HYROX Training Club, CLM The Bays is hosting a HYROX SIM, a fun and supportive opportunity to experience HYROX-style training and challenge yourself at your own pace.

Whether you're completely new to HYROX, looking for a fresh fitness goal, or already training regularly, this event is designed for all fitness levels. Come along, give it a go, learn something new, and see what HYROX is all about.

Thinking about taking on a HYROX event in the future? It's never too early to start building confidence and working towards HYROX 2027.

Solo Division

Solo Division

Take on the challenge yourself and compete against your own limits. Complete every run/ walk and movement station as an individual, power through it or take it at your own pace.

Doubles Division

Doubles Division

Grab a partner and tackle the course together. Work as a team to complete the runs and movement stations, supporting and motivating each other every step of the way.

Mixed Doubles Division

Mixed Doubles Division

Team up with a partner of the opposite gender and take on the challenge together. This division follows the same format as Doubles, with all prescribed weights based on the male division weight.
