THE HER PROJECT OTOROHANGA
Are you a young woman in Otorohanga looking to lead a healthy and active life?
The HER project is here to help thanks to Sport New Zealand’s Tū Manawa fund, supported by Sport Waikato! This 10-week long, all-inclusive programme is designed to educate and encourage young women to live healthy, active and meaningful lives. We are looking for young females aged 13-16 who want to gain confidence and knowledge within a gym environment, with the help of our HER project team leaders.
Throughout the 10-week programme, participants will receive two one-on-one fitness consult with a qualified trainer, 2x 1-hour group fitness sessions a week, free access to the gym throughout the programme and a 3-month facility membership for all graduating students.
Sessions will be run on Monday and Wednesday Evenings at 5:00 pm
