Hikoi Club is a gentle and low impact class suitable for anyone of any age or ability. No swimming experience needed. Aqua walking aims to improve balance and mobility, aid injury recovery and rehabilitation whilst being fun, versatile and social. It’s a great way to stay active or kick off your fitness journey without the stress and pressure on your bones or joints and offers a natural resistance to help strengthen your muscles all with music and instructor.
This is a 45 minute class with the opportunity to socialise afterwards with a hot/cold drink and a chat.
